LIBRARY : Centrally air-conditioned library is functioning in two floors with exhaustive collection of book in various branches of Engineering, Physical Sciences, Literature and other subjects. The collection includes non paper documents such as CDs, electronic resources including e-books etc. The total volume as on the academic year stands 9000. The total number of titles is 2960. The library subscribes to 27 International and 68 National Journals. The library service include: book and back volume issue, internet, reprography, notification and bulletin board services. The library is also a member of the DELNET service through which the members can access to thousands of engineering and technology resources available in other libraries. Shortly the library will host a portal for Engineering and Technology resources. Digitalizing of the library is in process and expected to be complete in a couple of months. |

STUDENTS GRIEVANCE CELL : The grievance cell looks into the grievances of the students, should there be any such occasion. The students felt that they have a forum to express their views on any issue which might crop up, but the administration ensures that the system is efficient, leaving no room practically for any complaint.
The college assists the students in looking after their health. The college doctor will be available in the college campus for consultation. Students can seek advice from our Medical Officer any time. Regular health check-ups will also be conducted for all the students. Students can consult the college doctor even after the college hours at his chamber. Hospital services are available at our own Mahatma Gandhi Medical College & Research Institute, situated nearby our campus CULTURAL ACTIVITIES : Cultural activities play a vital role in exposing the hidden talents of the students. As such, the College provides additional attention by way of developing FINE ARTS ACADEMY . All the students are members. The college has an air conditioned seminar hall spanning in an area of about 2500 sq.ft., with a seating capacity of 220 in number. This is used for Guest Lectures and for other special departmental and academic activities for the students. QUALITY : The management is a strong supporter of quality orientation in whatever it does. While this provides the support to the faculty students and non teaching staff are fully geared to put in place systems and J procedures to achieve quality in all facets of learning CENTRAL FACILITIES : Broad Band, High Speed Internet Connectivity 256 Kbs on Window 2000 Server with LAN connectivity that serves many clients HOSTEL FACILITIES : The institution provides excellent hostel facilities for boys and girls with delicious food. The hygienically maintained canteen inside the campus provides lunch and snacks. Only vegetarian food is provided. Lunch is provided inside the campus for all students. A separate Hostel building with One Lakh Sq. ft. is being constructed and the same will be ready for occupation in the near future. TRANSPORT FACILITIES : The college has a fleet of 9 buses for the transport of students from the town to the college campus. Transport by the college bus is compulsory for students and no private vehicles are allowed
