Electrical And Electronics Engineering

     The Department of Electrical & Electronics Engineering is built with excellent infrastructure and curriculum that prepares the youth to face the emerging challenges both in the field of Electrical & Electronics. The department is housed with full fledged lab facilities to train the students to meet the Industrial requirements based on the revised syllabus.

           Basic wiring Lab
           Electrical Machines Lab (AC I DC]
           Measurement and Control Lab
           Power Electronics Lab
           Electronics Devices and Circuits Lab
           Digital Electronics Lab
           Advanced Microprocessor Lab
           Power System Design and Simulation Lab
           Fluid flow and Hydraulic Machines Lab

     The department is also equipped with the following facilities which help the students to carry out their project work and enrich their knowledge to meet the present vast enhancing technological scenario.

           EPROM facilities
           DC power source of 100 A
           AC/DC drives, Microprocessor based firing circuits
           8/16 bit Microprocessor trainer kits with in board  
           Updated versions of software simulation packages like PSPICE, ETAP, MATLAB

     Other than the Academic curriculum, the department also engages with Regular Industrial Visits and In-plant training for students to gain industrial exposure. "VIP" the students association of the department releases the annual technical magazine "ELECTROKNOCKS" every year. The association also involves in arranging seminars and other functions which helps the students in improving their technical as well as the management skills
