The team NSS (National Service Scheme) was inaugurated on 8th September in the campus comprising of 100 volunteers and 3 programme officer Mr.A.Jaya Prakash , Asst.Prof, Department of Physics, Mr.N.Sinouvane, Asst.Prof, Department of Managment Studies, Mr.N.Balasupramanian, Asst. Prof, Department of Computer Applications and he headed the team up to June 2006 .At present the team is headed by the Programme Officer Mr.A.Jayaprakash Lecturer, Department of Physics under the guidance of the Principal Dr.A.Venkatraman, Chairman of NSS, RGCET and Sri.V.Baskaran, Advisor of NSS, RGCET. The NSS volunteers reached the society well by their social work and care on the public. |
